What is the minimum order size?

The minimum order is 12 beers.

I want to change my order.

That's no problem. Our packers are a pretty efficient bunch and we get our beer sent out quickly, so email cheers@brewhive.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best to change it for you.

Why do I have to order in multiples of 6?

We want our beer to reach you in the best possible condition. It's not an easy task delivering glass bottles full of liquid through the post, but we've created some innovative packaging that will ensure your brews reach you undamaged. However, to ensure the parcels remain balanced we do need you to fill up each case of 6.

Who will deliver my case?

We use UK Mail to deliver all our parcels. They'll deliver your order next working day (Monday to Friday) with full tracking. In most parts of the country you will be texted with a one hour delivery window.

How much is delivery?

Fully tracked, next working day delivery is £4.95, or Saturday delivery is £5.50.

Won't my beers get broken in the post?

Our courier takes extra care with every case they deliver. We've developed innovative packaging that can be safely dropped from head height without any damage occuring to the beers contained within. It's all fully recyclable too!

However, accidents do occasionally happen and we will do everything we can to resolve it quickly. Just email cheers@brewhive.com and we'll deal with it all from there.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all of the UK including Northern Ireland. We don't deliver outside the UK at the moment.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Yes! Just select Saturday delivery as your delivery type and your order will be dispatched to arrive with you on Saturday.

How can I pay?

We take all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We don't sell gift vouchers, but if you'd like to know about any special offers we have coming up, please sign up to our mailing list.

Is your beer vegetarian?

We use finings to improve the clarity of our beer and preserve its life without affecting the flavour. Unfortunately these are not vegetarian, although there are no finings left in the finished product.

What size bottles do you use?
The bottle sizes for each brew are listed on their individual pages at our beer. All of our core range of Dark, Pale, Blonde and Gold Brew come in 330ml bottles.
